Hennepin Haven Homes is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered care through hands-on support and guidance to individuals 55+ with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, promoting independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.

• Observant and detail oriented
• Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
• Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
• Computer skills for documentation
• 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
